Privacy Policy
When you reach out, we keep whatever you tell us — typically a name, email address, phone number, and sometimes a postal address if you place an order. That information sits on file so we can reply, send what you bought, and answer follow-up questions. Nothing else happens with it. We do not run advertising, we do not feed it to analytics dashboards, and we do not give it to third parties beyond what's strictly required to deliver an order (a shipping carrier, a payment processor). We hold records for as long as the relationship is active plus the period required by tax or accounting rules. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can email us at any time to see what we have, fix what's wrong, or remove yourself entirely from our records.
Your data
You can request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask for any of it to be corrected, withdraw consent for processing, or have your records deleted entirely. We will handle any reasonable request within thirty days without charge. You also have the right to ask for your data in a portable, machine-readable format so you can move it elsewhere. If we ever disagree with you about how something has been handled, you have the right to raise it with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
This site relies on essential cookies for basic functionality: keeping you logged in, remembering cart contents, storing your language and consent preferences. We do not load analytics platforms, advertising tags, or social-media tracking pixels. We do not share browsing data with any third party. Cookies expire either at session end or after a year for the preference store. You can disable cookies in your browser and the site will still load — though features like remember-me, cart persistence, and language selection won't survive across visits.

Business operator
The personal-information business operator responsible for this website is Ivory Summit Reach, located at 〒108-0014 Tokyo, Minato Ward, Shiba, 5-30-11. If you have any question about how your personal data is handled, you can write to us at hello@ivorysummitreach.com or call +81 3-3456-0711, and a named member of our team will respond to you directly.
Purpose of use
We use the personal data you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever message, order, or booking details you send — only to reply to your enquiry, provide the service or booking you have asked for, keep the records required by Japanese tax and accounting law, and, where you have clearly opted in, send you occasional updates. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond the ones set out here without first asking your permission.
Provision to third parties
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not hand it to third parties except in three situations: where you have agreed to it, where it is genuinely necessary to complete something you have requested (for example passing an address to a delivery carrier or card details to a payment processor), or where we are legally required to disclose it. Any processor acting on our behalf is bound by contract to use your data only on our instructions and to keep it secure.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and accidental disclosure, and we review those measures periodically. We keep personal records only for as long as our relationship with you is active, plus any additional period required by law, after which the records are securely deleted or fully anonymised.
Your rights under the APPI
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you may ask Ivory Summit Reach to disclose the personal data we hold about you, to correct or add to it, to delete it, or to stop using or providing it, and you may withdraw a consent you previously gave at any time. We will respond to any reasonable request within a reasonable period and at no charge. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to raise the matter with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.
